Open Position: Accountant (Full time) 7-11-2022
DUTIES:
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities including reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts, prepare reports including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, coordinate and complete annual audits; Analyze and report on financial status including income statements variances, communicating financial results to management, budget preparation and analysis; Oversee taxes and abide by state and federal regulations; Issue and review invoices for goods and services, and sign disbursement checks; Monitor coding of cash receipts and follow up for the account receivables; Improve accounting system and procedures, and initiate corrective actions; Secure accounting and financial information by providing data base backups.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, or economics. Familiar with QuickBooks and advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. 12-month accounting or related work experience.

Open Position: Warehousing (Full time) 7-02-2022
DUTIES: Stock inventory, feed inventory to line workers, cleanup as you go and load and unload trucks via by hand or forklifts. Read and understand work orders, PO's and shipment documents.
REQUIRMENTS: Forklift certification, able to lift 100 lbs or more.
