Every claims it but so rarely is it actually true...... Especially once people have your Money! We have been working on building our dream home
for over two years now and finally getting close to moving in.

It is very scary to make such a  big purchase over the internet... as well as another country! I just have to say thank you all for your excellent work!
Even thinks we didn't think of you included such as touch up stain........WOW.....do you know how much that means?! to have it included
instead of extra charges, extra shipping, extra, extra is what most other companies would have done. NOT YOU! WOW! I have never written
a letter like this but your whole team deserves a big thank you for restoring our faith in people and companies that obviously take pride and
care in  the whole process. It really shows.

regarding inside doors we had purchased from them in June of 2007. Due to our extremely low humidity (sometimes less than 10%)

Delivery of the doors went off without a hitch. Although the doors hung yet, I got to see them and they are drop-dead gorgeous!

I was hesitant to order from a picture on the Internet but your sales representative, John, was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable making the purchase. Got door yesterday. Roadway Exp.  did a great job delivering ... drop gate, helpful driver ... you guys do a nice job crating. I opened 1 end of crate and peered in and could only see door from side angle and looks great. I have a lot of projects going on at the house. Looking to unpack door and install in the next week or so. How long do I have before I need to finish (stain or urethane) door? What products do you recommend? Any other recommendations for installation and care of door?
